Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to all racing chronograph watches purchased from racingchrono.com. All products come with a 2‑year limited warranty from the date of delivery, protecting against manufacturing defects.
1. What the Warranty Covers
During the 2‑year warranty period, we cover:
- Defects in watch movement, chronograph functions, and dial assembly
- Faults in case, bezel, crown, and internal components due to manufacturing error
- Issues with bracelet/strap attachment caused by poor workmanship
- Water resistance failure resulting from factory defect (within stated 200m rating)
If a valid defect is confirmed, we will:
- Repair the watch free of charge, or
- Replace it with the same or equivalent model at our discretion
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Accidental drops, impacts, scratches, or physical damage
- Improper use, misuse, or exposure to shocks beyond daily wear
- Water damage from diving, hot water, saunas, or submersion beyond rated 200m
- Normal wear and tear (scratches on crystal, fading of straps, bracelet stretch)
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification by third parties
- Battery replacement (unless included as part of another covered repair)
- Loss, theft, or damage during shipping
3. Warranty Eligibility
To claim warranty service:
- Your watch must have been purchased directly from racingchrono.com
- You must provide your original order number and proof of delivery
- The issue must occur within 2 years from the delivery date
- The watch must not show signs of abuse, tampering, or unauthorized service
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team at: support@racingchrono.com
- Include your order number, photos/videos of the defect, and a clear description of the issue
- We will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the watch
- After inspection and verification, we will repair or replace your watch and return it to you
Return shipping for valid warranty claims is covered by us.
5. Warranty Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect existing valid warranties for already purchased products.
