Return Eligibility

You can return any product within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it
  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags, labels, and protective films intact
  • The item has no modifications, such as resized straps, removed parts, scratches, or signs of wear
  • You provide us with your order number and proof of delivery

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size/color, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

We will cover the full return shipping cost only if the return is due to our error, including:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • The item is significantly not as described on our website

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@racingchrono.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. We will review your request and send you a return authorization number and our return shipping address
  4. Ship the item back to us, and share the tracking number with our team once it's shipped
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Inspection and Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the inspection passes, we will process your full refund within 3-5 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

You will need to return the original item first, and we will ship the new item to you for free once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, the item, and the original packaging. We will arrange a free return, full refund, or replacement for you, at no cost to you.
