Products

We offer racing chronograph watches that are inspired by motorsport racing design.

Important Notice: Our products are inspired design timepieces and are not official licensed products of any third-party brands. All trademarks, logos and brand names mentioned on our website are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim any ownership over these third-party trademarks, and we do not intend to infringe any intellectual property rights. Our products are aftermarket, inspired designs, not original or official products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order through our Service, you represent and warrant that:

- You are at least 18 years of age, or of legal age to enter into a binding contract

- You are purchasing the products for your own personal use, not for resale

- All information you provide to us is true, accurate, current and complete

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and other secure payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraud.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Processing time for orders is 1 - 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5 - 10 business days for most countries, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs charges that may apply to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you suspect your package was stolen, please contact your local shipping carrier to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it

- The item must be in the original packaging

- You must provide us with the order number and proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@racingchrono.com. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product).

Warranty

All our watches come with a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, water damage beyond the rated water resistance, or unauthorized repair.

If you have a warranty claim, please contact us at support@racingchrono.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose

- Violate any applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of the Service content without our written permission

- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service

- Send spam, malware or other harmful content through the Service
